World of Motion Ride-through 1994 (by widenyourworld)
As good a reference to the changes in Epcot as any: Test Track may be fun (well, the outdoor speed portion, the rest is pretty bland and not very interesting), but traded essentially a 15-minute ride with much, much more artistry and effort put into design, detail, humor, and music….basically what Disney dark rides are known for…..for a 3 minute, bland, ‘industrial factory’ modern car company experience that people recommend for the ‘thrill factor’ at the end it seems. Any theme park can make a decent thrill ride pretty much. Disney used to be about quality and experience: they used to be different because they chose to be.

THIS. I will always agree with this. Cars Land is a step in the right direction, believe it or not!
